We offer Free Delivery on all UK orders.
Our standard delivery time is 4 to 6 working days from when your payment has cleared. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, (except for Bank Holidays).
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class. Although this does not 'guarantee' a delivery time it has proven to be a very effective way of delivering our products. If you have any questions or queries regarding delivery please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I Request to Change a Delivery Address?
Once an order has been placed and payment received, we regret that we are unable to change a delivery address. The order can only be shipped to the registered address received when the order was placed.
My Order Has Been Delayed, What Should I Do?
In the unlikely event of non-delivery, please allow 14 days before contacting us as we need to allow for any postal delays before we can arrange replacement products or a refund. If your order has not arrived after 14 days please contact our Customer Care Team at email@example.com.
Please Note: Although parcels are normally dispatched at the same time, parcels may not arrive at the same time. In some cases, parcels may be too large to fit through a standard Letterbox and could be taken back to the local Sorting Office for collection or accepted by a neighbour. If you can, please check first before requesting a reissue.
Our Returns Policy
We endeavour to make sure the products you order arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting from the day after delivery. This is known as the '7 day Cooling Off Period'. You must notify us by Email of your intention to cancel. After notification we will Email you a Returns Form that must be returned with the goods you are returning. Products may not be accepted unless a Return Form has been issued by day2dayshop.com and returned with the goods. Items for return must be sent back to us within 28 days. In cases where you wish to cancel your purchase within the 7 day period and no error on our part has taken place, you will not be refunded any additional costs that you may incur.
a) How to return a product
To return a product, please contact our Returns Centre by Emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your Web Order Number and the product(s) that you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then Email you a Returns Form which should be printed off and placed in with the items for return. We may not accept returned products without a Returns Form.
Incorrectly ordered or incorrectly supplied items must be returned to us unopened, unused and in original condition including original packaging and all accessories including any gift vouchers, free gifts etc. All items must be returned in good condition. Faulty products will replaced upon receipt of the faulty item unless authorized by us.
b) Where to send your returns
Once your return has been authorised by our Returns Centre, please send your returns to the address below.
c) How and when refunds are processed
Refunds are processed within 30 days of order cancellation. A refund will only be given in the same form of payment originally used to make your purchase.
d) How refunds are calculated
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns Centre to check for completeness and correct product return.
