Postage is charged at cost price and is available at your risk on Standard International Small Parcels or fully insured and trackable with Royal Mail International Signed for - We are not responsible for any parcel sent by RM standard and any claims for loss must be dealt with by yourself. We strongly recomend paying the additional £3.70 on top of International Standard for full tracking and insurance for your parcel

Many of our items are brand new, some are brand new customer returns and some may be faulty or dirt marked items – We heavily discount these items on the basis that you will more than likely need to wash the item and or iron it before wearing and possibly make a repair – Please take this into consideration before buying and read the description in full before bidding.

No Risk Guarantee

If you should receive an item which is not as described or if it is delivered to you incorrectly, we will give a full refund – All we ask is that the original packaging and tags are retained and returned with the item – Please contact us in the first instance to arrange its return

If an item is listed as dirty, marked or stained – We further guarantee that if the mark does not wash out as expected we will again give a full refund – All we ask is that the original packaging and tags are retained and returned with the item – Please contact us in the first instance to arrange its return

Returns for any other reason must be agreed in advance and will be at the customers cost. A deduction will be made from our refund for our outward postage costs - This also applies when items are posted free of charge - All packaging, labels, tags and bags must be returned as originally sent to you.
