UK - We accept Paypal, Cheques & postal orders,
International - Paypal only,
E-cheques will be accepted through Paypal,
All payments must be cleared before any item is Shipped out.
SHIPPING
We only ship to the address supplied by Paypal/Ebay,
We use Padded Envelopes, Bubble Wrap and Strong Boxes,
Once payment has cleared we will ship out the following day,
RETURNS
Damaged & Faulty Items
Claims must be notified to us within 3 days of receiving your purchase
We will either offer a full refund or exchange (you choose)
All buyers are responsible for return shipping fees
Refunds = We will refund your payment and deduct 25% from the purchase price paid.
Exchange = do not wish to return the item we deduct 25% from the purchase price paid
If and when returning the item please ensure it is securely packaged/wrapped
Unauthorised/unclaimed returns- We will refund the purchase price less 25% purchase fees
Non-Delivery of items
We retain proof of postage this includes standard & signed for now printed from the post office as standard for commercial services.
Please allow UK 15 days Worldwide 21 days.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
In accordance with the Consumers Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 "The consumer has the right to cancel within 7 working days for most goods and services.This period runs from the day of purchase, and the day after delivery of the goods."
WE ARE NOT VAT/SALES TAX REGISTERED AND AS SUCH PRICES EXCLUDES VAT/SALES TAX & OR IS DISCOUNTED THIS INCLUDES OUR SHIPPING FEES.
CHANGED YOUR MIND (not happy with your item)
You may return the item to us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Postal fees for returning the item at the buyers expense.
Anyone who sends back purchases without notification, we will refund and deduct 25% from the purchase price paid.
