1. Do you combine shipping costs?
Orders for catalogues, albums and accessories to mainland UK addresses are subject to a ₤4.00 shipping charge. This is a one-off charge and remains the same regardless of how many items are purchased (so it pays to stock up!). If an order consists only of mounts a ₤1.50 shipping charge applies.
2. I made my order sometime ago, why have I not yet received it?
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible from our premises in Salisbury. We use Parcel Force for all UK and overseas deliveries and try to process orders within two working days, aiming to have them delivered to our UK customers within ten working days. Overseas customers should allow more time for delivery. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times and delays may occur during especially busy periods.
3. I sent Dauwalders a question via eBay but have not received a reply?
We try to answer all questions as quickly and as honestly as possible. Rob is responsible for managing the company’s eBay activity and is available Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. If Rob is out of the office on the day that you send your question, he will answer it promptly on his return.
4. I received an email from Dauwalders stating that the item I purchased is out of stock. Isn’t it against eBay policy to list items that aren’t in stock?
Because we sell our products through a number of channels, there may be rare occasions when we temporarily run out of stock of certain items at short notice. We do everything we can to avoid this happening but on the rare occasion that it does, customers are offered the choice of either a full refund or they can wait for more stock to arrive.
