POSTAGE & PACKAGING
We send most of our items with the Royal Mail or Express Despatch.
Returns are accepted within 7 Days of receipt (some items are subject to a re-stocking fee of upto 20%)
We do not refund postage costs which have been paid to have the item delivered.
Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Return postage cost are the responsibilty of the customer and will not be refunded.
Please contact us if you have a special request.
If you are having bulky / large items delivered please supply a contact number for delivery.
If you are not going to be in for delivery - please supply us with delivery instructions ie leave in shed/garage or with neighbour.
We do not offer a refund on CUT SIZES of sheet materials.
