Frequently Asked Questions
 Q: Can I see a sample before I order?
A: We will happily send out a small sample of any product before you order. Just send us a message containing your postal address and details of which products you require and we will get them in the post the same or next day.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: All deliveries are made within 15 working days of cleared payment. However, we do aim to have deliveries made within five working days where possible. You will be called by either ourselves or the haulage company once your goods are ready for despatch.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Shipping and handling charges are included in the price to 90% of the UK. For Northern Scotland, Ireland and Central London there may be a surcharge so please enquire via my messages before ordering.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to our products being sold in bulk it is virtually impossible to organise returns and refunds. If you wish to arrange a haulier to re-deliver the products to our yard then we will of course give a full refund. Unfortunately because our products are delivered using a manual palletlift truck we are unable to arrange collections.
Q: What exactly is a kerbside delivery?
A: Our products are delivered via a national haulier who manually move the tonne bags using a pallet truck. Because of this they are unable to pull goods up slopes, across grass, gravel or any other non-solid material. Due to the difficulty of moving a tonne by hand, goods are usually left on the kerb nearest to your property.
Q: Do I need to be in to sign for the goods?
A: Whilst it is not necessary that you be in to take receipt of the goods it is advisable so that you can inspect the goods before they are delivered and so that you can assist the driver if you need the goods moving to an alternative point other than the kerbside.
