Deliveries will all be made within fifteen working days.
All deliveries will be made via a national haulage company called Palletforce. They will deliver bulk bags or small bags on pallets which they will then manually lower off the truck on a tail lift at the rear of the vehicle.
A pump truck (4 wheeled metal jack) will be placed under the goods and then wheeled from the delivery vehicle as close to your property as possible.
If access allows, the driver will try place the goods on your drive if you have one, however please keep in mind that it is a "kerbside" delivery service which they offer. this means that whilst they will endeavour to deliver as close to your property as possible we can only guarantee that the bags will be left on the kerb or road side.
The pump truck can only run on a solid level surface such as concrete or tarmac and cannot move on gravel, slopes or any other non-solid material such as grass or soil.
Whilst it is not necessary that you be in to sign for the goods this is advisable as it gives you an opportunity to check the goods before they are taken off the vehicle and you may be able to assist the driver in pulling the goods to a more convenient location other than the road or kerb side.
