Postage

All items will be dispatched as soon as possible. We have tried our hardest to keep carriage prices low. We aim to delivery all products within 4 working days but sometimes it can take up to 10 working days.. Please note all other payment methods other than Paypal may delay delivery as we will wait for funds to become avaliable before dispatch.

Avaliability

You understand from time to time a product may be temporalty out of stock, if this is the case we shall contact you straight way with an estimated delivery time, if this is not acceptable then a full refund will be given. From time to time we have to re-order new stock, so small delays may occur.

Returns

If an item is faulty then please return the item within 14 days and we will send us a replacement item. If you have any problems with the items purchases then please contact us without delay and we will try to resolve the matter.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods; paypal, debit/credit cards via paypal, cheque and postal order. We do accept cash as a payment but please send it via a postage service that provides a tracking system such as Recorded or Special Delivery. Please note that no goods will be dispatched until funds have become avaliable. We will also accept payments by bacs.
