| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:I describe all my items very honestly. I ask that buyers read the auction before buying as I can only refund if the item is not as described. If this is the case a full no quibble 100% refund is available. |
| Q:What is a Region Free DVD? |
|
| A:DVDs are sold around the world with different region codings. If you try and play a Region 1 DVD (USA/Canada) in a Region 2 (Europe/Middle East) machine it will be blocked.
Region Free means the manufacturer is not restricting sales to particular areas, and the DVD can be played anywhere.
HOWEVER you also need to be aware of PAL and NTSC DVD |
| Q:What is a PAL or NTSC DVD? |

| A:PAL and NTSC are systems for sending images, whether that be for TV programs through your arial, DVDs in your DVD player or VHS videos in your recorder.
In the USA/Canada NTSC is the standard for TVs, In Europe and Australia it is PAL. A PAL DVD will not play on an USA/Canadian TV unless you have a converter. It will play on a laptop. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:All my shipping costs are listed at the bottom of my listing. |
| Q:Do you accept cheques? |
|
| A:I prefer not to as it delays shipping to you. I can't get to the bank everyday. I will accept them if you are happy to wait upto 10 days for me to get the bank and the cheque to clear. They must be UK £ Sterling cheques as it costs around £7 to pay in a foreign currency cheque. |
| Q:Why do you only accept PAY PAL for international payment? |

| A:Converting foreign currency is very expensive at the bank. Converting cash is cheaper, but it is very risky for you to send currency via international post, so I advise against that. PAY PAL is on the internet and that carries its own risks, but I believe it is safer, quicker and cheaper than sending money in the post internationally. |
| Q:Why don't you offer a postage discount? |

| A:I used to offer a discount of postage... Until Royal Mail changed their charges. Now a single DVD or CD can be sent for the same cost as before, but if you put two in a jiffy bag, it is counted as a parcel and postage cost jumps significantly, so it costs me more to send out two items. Sorry. If there was a discount to pass on I would. |
| Q:When do you despatch items |

| A:I state items will be shipped within 2 working days, but usually it is the next day after payment is received. If you need it especially quickly email me, and pay for Special Delivery. Please email me first to make sure I am around that day. |
