Q:US, Canadian & Worldwide Buyers
A:If you live outside of the UK and Europe please ensure your player is compatible with Region 2 DVDs. I will not offer refunds for this, and it is your responsibilty to ensure your DVD/Blu-ray player is compaible with UK discs.
Q:Do you offer discount for multiple purchases?
A:No. With RM (Royal Mail)now calculating prices based on size aswell as weight, this means that multiple purchases increase to packets and we have seen a steep increase in our postage costs. To add to this RM have now also increased the prices on all postage. Unfortunately we have had to withdraw the offer on discount.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive / My item hasn't arrived?
A:Orders are dispatched 2nd class as advertsied and are usually delivered in 3-5 working days. Please allow upto 15 days for your item before contacting us. There's nothing we can do until the end of this period due to Royal Mails Delivery policies. Due to the large number of emails we receive we may not be able to reply to your email regarding this.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, We ship worldwide, but outside of UK & Europe please ensure your DVD or Blu-ray player is compatible with our discs as we will not be held responsible.

A:If you have any other questions which are not to do with any of the above we will try to respond as qucikly as possible. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response during our working hours. We do not operate working hours during weekends, evenings or Bank Holidays so please also take this into consideration aswell, many thanks.
Q:Can you post to another address?

A:We only dipsatch to the registered users ebay address so any requests for items to be sent to an alternative address will not be honoured. This protects you as a buyer and us as a seller. Due to the large number of emails we receive we may not be able to reply to your email regarding this.
