Delivery & Returns
Delivery
1. We offer Free delivery on all products to UK Mainland unless other wise stated.
2. As soon as we dispatch your goods, you should receive an email detailing this.
3. We will dispatch your order within 48 hours using Royal Mail First or Second Class service.
For heavier products we can use Parcel Force or other courier service.
4. We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered do to any event outside our reasonable control, including Postal Strikes, Extreme Weather Conditions and any other similar events.

Cancelling Orders
1. If you want to cancel your order please contact us and we will cancel your order.
2. If an order has been dispatched and the cancellation is due to the item no longer being required then it will be your responsibility to return the item or to cover the cost of the courier returning the item to us.
3. In the instance of a faulty product we will arrange to exchange the item for a replacement.

Returns
1. If you are not satisfied with any purchase from us, you may return any products back to us within 7 working days of receipt providing that the product is in a resell able condition, which means not been used in any way, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
