Please email me, through the ebay mailing system, with any questions before bidding and check all measurements and sizes to avoid uneccessary returns.

All items have to be returned and received back by me within 7 DAYS of DISPATCH if in the UK or 14 DAYS of dispatch overseas.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNED AND RECEIVED WITHIN THIS TIMESCALE AS LISTED ABOVE, THEN THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED . UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE RULES OF MY RETURNS POLICY NOT APPLY SO IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RETURN POLICY , PLEASE DO NOT BUY.

All Items have to be returned as received in original condition with tags attatched ( if item has tags ) and in original packaging , and unworn ( not smelling of smoke , perfume or cooking )

ITEMS WON ON AUCTION : I am a happy to refund payment for Auction items, this will be less my ebay fees, I do not refund postage,Every item is checked, but If an item is faulty I will refund the full amount paid plus the return postal cost,

BUY NOW ITEMS : If you would like to return a buy it now item for a refund , then please fill out a returns policy through ebay in the resolution centre so i can authorise a return. If you would like to return a buy it now item for an exchange , then please just email me , Do Not fill out a returns form as these are for refunds only. Items have to be returned within 7 days of dispatch.

Postage costs to return are payable by the customer and please send and get a proof of postage slip or send recorded delivery.

Postage costs are non refundable and if free postage was given then £2.50-£4 per item depending on the weight of the dress for each item returned will be deducted for original postage and packaging . Most of the dresses this will be £2.50 but i will let you know this upon when replying to the returns form.

All Items will be despatched within 24hrs of payment being received depending on the time or next day if paying by paypal or postal orders except when payments are made on a Friday after 2pm Saturday/Sunday  were all items will be sent on a Monday.  I wait 5 working days for Cheques to clear. If paying by cash or postal order , then this will be treated the same as paypal payments. Items have to be paid for within 7 days , after this a personal email reminder will be sent , and then if your payment is still not received within the next 7 days , then a NBA will be filed and completed if payment is still not received. So please only bid if you are a serious buyer.

All items are sent first class unless otherwise stated. If you want your item in a hurry in the UK , then please email me and i will do my best to get it to you in a hurry . If an option for special next day delivery is not available in the listing , then please email me and i will get back to you if i can do that for you. I always get proof of postage for every item sent.
