As to our items being as described: "ALL" weights, and measures are contained in each and every listing. We take photo's showing the item on objects or wrist for accurate size, and scale depiction. We never overstate our weight or call a stone Diamond, or Ruby etc. in a title to get more attention to an item as our competition usually does! We have been in business since 1988, and are proud to be honest, and forthright.
As to communication: All eBay emails will be answered within a 24 hour timeframe excluding weekends, and holidays. Ebay can clearly see what time an email came in versus when it was responded to.
About shipping timeframes: We will ship every item within 48 hours time excluding weekends, or holidays, or extreme weather. We keep "ALL" Postal recipts with the shipping date, client name, and time! Please bare in mind the different time zones for our shipping locations. We may be up to almost a day away in time zone, or time areas. We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs, or mail carriers in your country.
About shipping and handling costs: We offer "LOW" cost shipping on all items purchased from us! We do not make any money or profit selling shipping!
