Q: Why doesn't the USPS tracking information update?
A: USPS 1st class and Priority come with delivery confirmation, not tracking, the number provided will only update once the item arrives and not before. 1st class should arrive in 2-9 days and Priority in 2-5 days.
Q: Why does the tracking information show Accepted\Picked Up?
A: USPS delivery confirmation will show "Electronic Label Information Received" or "Accepted\Picked Up" for several days after we send the parcel. The delivery confirmation may only update again on delivery.
Q: Can I pay using a credit card without using Paypal?
A: Yes, please select the PROPAY option to pay using VISA/MC/DISC/AMEX directly during eBay checkout.
