Payments are expected within 5 days from item purchase. In the case of multipal item purchase, this time is calculated from the purchase of the first item.

Up to a maximum of 3 items can be ordered and posted together, the item with the highest postage cost is the base postage price, any additional items will incur their respective additional item postage charge. If more than 3 items ordered, a second package will be sent at full postage price with the same rules repeating, and so on. Items must be checked out together in order to be sent together.

Shipping times vary greatly from country to country. For most countries, Air Mail can take between 2-3 weeks, sometimes 4 weeks+ during peak season i.e. Christmas and New Year.

Please understand, shipping is the one thing out of our control, as well as any domestic postal service, international carriers can also suffer problems/delays, we will always endeavour to provide the quickest most reliable service, because as you know, a happy customer is a repeat customer, and we want you to come back.

Following are most seen reasons of delays:

1. Incomplete or in accurate shipping address.

We use ebay shipping address. Make sure you provide up to date shipping address when you checkout. Don't forget to include full receiver's name, street number, postal code, and also country!

2. Pay attention to the delivery notice.

Sometimes the post office will leave a notice for picking up the parcel, they do not necessary deliver the parcel to your door step, this is especiall true if the shipping address is an apartment address.

3. In the case of express shipping, please make sure that you provide us with a contact phone number that the postman can reach. Many times the delivery is done while you are away for work.

4. Sometimes the parcel could be delayed because the customs are inspecting it by random selection.

If you did not receive your parcel in your expected time, don't panic, contact us first, and we will look into the reason why and sort out any problem.
