Returns Policy

All items of jewellery that are handmade by Dogstone Designs will be
made to your exact requirements as stated at the time of order and will
be sent within fourteen working days.

Any item which you would like to return must be received by Dogstone
Designs within seven working days from the day the item is received.
Refunds will only be given once the item of jewellery is returned to
Dogstone Designs having not been worn and in its original packaging and
condition.

Returns are not always possible on handmade items of jewellery where a
specific ring size or request has been made to change the item from its
original listing detail. This is due to handmade items of jewellery
being made to your exact measurements and requirements. If a refund is
not possible for an item, Dogstone Designs will offer you an alternative
solution.
