| A:We try to respond to Email code requests within a few of hours, but it can take a little longer if we are busy, especially Evenings and Weekends. (Bear in mind FAQ No.3 !) Any radio`s sent to us are generally Decoded and turned around for dispatch within 48 hours and sent out via an overnight courier to the UK Mainland. |

| Q:Why do you need my numbers again, I sent them prior to bidding? |

| A:We get literally thousands of Code requests and numbers sent to us from all over the world via EBAY and our many other websites, and rather than wading through all the E-Mails its easier and quicker to tie up a serial number and payment when sent closely together. Simply send us an E-Mail with your radio details after you have sent payment over. |

| Q:Can my Radio be Decoded via E-Mail instead of sending it to you? |

| A:Easy Answer! - Read the listing! What does it say?
If the listing says that the radio needs to be sent to us, it means just that. By all means ask us questions, but please don`t ask us this one if the listing clearly says otherwise as it can seriously delay the time spent on actual Decoding. |

| Q:I have a radio not shown on your list, can you still decode it? |

| A:Probably, There are not many radio`s that are sent to our workshop that we can`t do and we are researching new code cracking procedures every single day. If not on the list below, let us have full radio details prior to bidding and we can advise you from there.

| Q:Do I get a refund if the code you supply is wrong? |
|
| A:To prevent false claims that codes don`t work, we don`t offer refunds. Decoding is our profession, and we rarely get it wrong (Check the Feedback). If the code does not work, we will credit the money towards sending the radio to us for a full manual decode which will incur an additional charge. |
