We rate our items offered for sale using the following condition levels:

• NEW - NOS - New Old Stock
• Excellent used or Excellent Previously issued
• Very Good used or Very good Previously issued
• Good Used or Good Previously issued
• Used condition

• NOS New Old Stock - These items have been identified by the government as not to have been previously issued and are in new condition. Some may still be in original manufacturers packaging. In certain instances some soiling which would be very minor if present at all may be present from long term military storage.

• Excellent used or Excellent Previously issued - This condition is applied to items that show either none or extremely light previous use. Many times we believe these to be new old stock but the government hasn’t identified them as such. Previous owners, name or ID numbers may be found on tag or other location.

• Very Good used or Very Good Previously issued - This condition is applied to items that show light previous use. Varying degrees of previous use and wear, soiling, fading, stains, minor defects etc. may be present. Previous owners name or ID numbers may be found on tag or other location.

• Good Used or Good Previously issued - This condition is applied to items that may need minor repair, may have fading, scuffing, scratches etc. and definitely shows previous wear and use. The deficiency will not affect the overall intended use of the item but repairs may be neccessary. Previous owners name or ID numbers may be found on tags or other locations on aricle.

• Used condition - This is the lowest level of quality we rate. A significant amount of previous use and wear will be evident. One or more of the following defects such as holes, tears, missing or broken snaps, buttons, zippers etc. may be found present in varying degrees
