Returns Information
Unwanted Purchases & Your Right to Cancel an Order
* You must notify us of your intent to cancel your order within 7 days of day of your delivery.
(Example; If items are delivered Monday, you must inform us no later than the following Monday)
* Returned items must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition, complete with all parts,accessories, free gifts if applicable and the invoice/packing note found in the documents enclosed wallet.
* A full refund of the order total will be processed including the cost of return if we advise you to send the item back via Royal Mail.
* When returning a product through Royal Mail please do not use premium shipping methods such as Special Delivery. We will only refund the cost of postage for 1st Class Recorded Mail. Please ensure you use only 1st Class Recorded Mail.
* All items delivered via Courier must be returned back to us via Courier. Please do not send an item back us via Royal Mail if we have sent the item by a courier such as FedEx. Please inform us of any bulky item which requires collection and we will arrange this for you.
* Music CD’s, Karaoke Packs, DVD’s or any other media or Software purchased that are returned in an unsealed or tampered packaging will not be accepted for return or replacement.
Faulty products – Up to 30 days from delivery date
* In the event of a product developing a fault within 30days of purchase, a full refund or replacement item will be issued after we have received the item and verified the fault.
*Delivery costs incurred for faulty products up to 30days of purchase will be incurred by DJs-Only. Items delivered via Royal Mail should be sent back to us via 1st Class Record Delivery.
Do not send items by premium methods as only 1st Class Recorded will be refunded. Bulky items sent via Courier will be collected by Courier also, again at DJs-Only’s cost.
Faulty products – Over 30 days from delivery date
* In the event of a product developing a fault over 30days of purchase but within the manufacturer’s warranty period (usually 12Months), we will, at our discretion, offer a repair in-house or obtain a Returns Number on your behalf from the manufacturer to have the item repaired by their respective Service Department.
*Delivery costs incurred for faulty products over 30days of purchase are solely the responsibility of the customer, and neither DJs-Only nor the Manufacturer will incur costs for collection of the item. DJs-Only or the Manufacturer will however return the item to you at no cost to the buyer.
Incorrect Orders through Packaging Errors & Substitutes
* In the event of receiving an incorrect product or an unwanted substitute item, a full refund or replacement item will be issued after we have received the item back to us.
* A full refund of the order total will be processed including the cost of return if we advise you to send the item back via Royal Mail.

General Information:
* If the returning an item via 1st Class Recorded post, please enclose a copy of the receipt from the Post Office. We also recommend obtaining a proof of postaing for your own records.
* All returns must include your order number, email address, phone number and your eBay ID (if applicable).
* All refunds will be processed with 48hours of receiving the item back at our warehouse.
* Repairs are normally dealt with within 21days, but to avoid disappointment we will advise of an expected date of completion with 10 days.
* If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund or repair will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return postage fees.

1. DJs Only 2 Year Warranty (on new products purchased on or after 01/01/2012)
1.1 After the standard manufacturer warranty period (usually 12 months) expires, DJs Only will guarantee that all products (with some exceptions shown below) will be repaired free of charge for 1 (one) additional years from the date of purchase. Example; Purchase date 1st Jan 2012, Manufacturer Warranty End 1st Jan 2013 – DJs Only Warranty Starts 1st Jan 2013, DJs Only Warranty Ends 1st Jan 2014.
1.2 Subject to clause 1.3, faulty products (with the exceptions shown below) will be repaired free of charge (includes parts and labour only) or at our discretion, a replacement item in a fully functional state (usually a repaired product of the same model in a similar cosmetic condition as the faulty unit), providing that the product is returned to DJs Only, with the delivery paid by the customer (we recommend www.interparcel.com) and suitably packaged to withstand the journey within the total two year warranty period, together with a copy of the original sales invoice/receipt. Any products and/or parts which are replaced by DJs Only become the property of DJs Only.
1.3 Products are guaranteed for the total two year period provided that:
1.3.1 The product has not been subject to abuse or mishandling, either intentionally or by accident, used beyond the limits specified by the manufacturers manual or advice by DJs Only, or has been damaged by an Act of God, Terrorism, Natural Disaster, or any other environmental scenario (including events such as power surges) etc;
1.3.2 The items are not designed for short term usage or have a natural short life span or timed life span;
1.3.3 The product is current and parts are available. The manufacturer must still actively manufacture the product, and parts must be readily available.
1.3.4 The product has not been altered or modified from its original state and any fault in the product has not been caused by the use of accessories and/or supplementary or replacement parts which were not original components of the product.
1.3.5 The product is not one of the following items;
§ Apparel (Bags/Lanyards/Slipmats/T-Shirts etc)
§ Atmospheric Machines (Smoke/Haze/Bubble/Snow Machines etc)
§ Cables
§ Components (Drivers/Tweeters/Transformers/Tools/Crossovers etc)
§ Consumables (Batteries/Fluids/Solvents/Filters/Bulbs/Ties+Tapes/Windshields etc)
§ Perishable Items (Headphones/Cartridges/Stylus etc)
§ Software & Compact Discs
§ Soft Storage Cases (includes items with stitching such as CD Wallets and Bags etc)
§ Wireless Products (such as Radio Microphones) including remote controls
1.4 For any repair or replacement of a faulty product within the total two year warranty period, DJs Only will not renew, prolong or restart your guarantee beyond the original period specified from the purchase date.
