Any product returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) are entitled to a 100% refund of the price of the product if we are informed within 7 days from receipt. Once you have informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 7 days to do so at your own expense. Faulty?
