| How will I know when my order has been sent?
As soon as your order is despatched from our Warehouse you will be
sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.
Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?
This depends on the service selected for delivery.

The delivery time may be slightly longer for some areas of the UK (Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, etc).
Please remember that the delivery time is a guide provided by the delivering company.
With Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class and Standard Parcels please allow 7 working days for delivery inside the UK to have passed before we're able to investigate the item as 'Lost In Post'.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
Should your order not arrive within the estimated time (please see 'Once my
order has been dispatched when will I receive it?') please contact us so that we
can class the item as 'Lost In Post' and investigate with the delivery company.
One of the items is missing from my order. What do I do?
Check your dispatch note, the "missing" item(s) may have been sent seperatly, if
not please contact us.
When your order is dispatched you should receive an email confirming the items
sent.
What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
In the event that you have ordered a product which will not fit through your
letterbox, and you are not in to take delivery, then the postal service will follow
their usual procedure. For UK orders this usually means a card is left to notify
you of an attempted delivery and the item will be held at your local sorting office.
For items attempted for delivery by a courier service they will also leave a
card and allow you to arrange for redelivery or collection.
For International orders please refer to your local postal company for their standard
procedure incase this differs to the UK.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide, please contact us for a quote for delivery outside of the
UK.
Am I able to change the delivery address to something other than my registered Paypal address?
For your first order (and one month after your first order) we are unable to deliver to an alternative address.
If you have paid by Paypal, you items will be sent to your Paypal address.
