| A:We offer a full 7 day money back guarantee - The item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in a re saleable condition. Refunds will be made less a deduction for shipping and handling of a minimum 20% - Unless the item supplied is faulty - In which case a full refund will be issued or a replacement sent free of charge |

| A:We DO NOT offer combined shipping rates as our listings are either FREE delivery or where delivery is quoted it is on items with no reserve and a low start price. Even when items are shipped together we are unable to offer discounts on these items due to the low prices of our products. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Small orders will be depatched using Royal Mail, with an expected delivery time of 2 - 3 days from receipt of payment - Larger orders are despatched by courier with an expected delivery time of 2-3 days from receipt of payment. Most items also have the option to pay for an overnight delivery service |

| Q:Are your power tools from the UK? |

| A:Yes - ALL our power tools are from UK - We do not import from America or other countries as these cheaper imports warranties are not valid in the UK. All of our tools come with a VALID UK warranty from the repective manufacturer - Do not be misled by USA sellers giving a UK shipping address as these are illegal imports |
