| Q:Do you combine items to reduce postage costs? |

| A:Yes we will always combine items where possible. If you are buying all of the same type of item then this will automatically be applied during the checkout. If you are unsure about postage, please contact us. |
| Q:Do you allow multiple auctions to end so they can be combined? |

| A:Yes - if you are bidding on multiple items we are happy to wait for up to 10 days until all the auctions you are interested in have finished. All we ask is that you please let us know and the items you are interested in so we don't bother you with payment reminders. |

| A:We kindly request that payment is made within 7 days of purchase.
We will send a reminder and copy invoice if payment has not been received after 3 days.
Please contact us in case of payment difficulty and we will do everything we can to help.
Non payment with no contact after 7 days will result in a non-payment case being opened with eBay. |

| A:We take pride in packing our items securely and appropriately for their type - just take a look at our customers' comments.
Some Examples:
Postcards, photos, stamps etc: double-packaged in outer board-backed envelope and inner sealed plastic sleeve.
Diecast models: Securely shipped in an outer box with protective fill or padded packets. |
| Q:Is there any more information on the item's condition other than the eBay default new/used? |

| A:Yes - we always provide an accurate description in the item listing, often detailed, and often there are multiple pictures so you can make your own judgement also. |
