Please note full refund is only applicable for almost all items except underwears & Corsets. For all other items the refund is welcome if items ordered at full prices, other items are non refundable such as underwears & corsets BUT you are welcome to exchange swap to different sizes or items. Any auction format, items ordered on promotional prices, best offers does not apply as well as made to measure.
All items are reproduced within 72 hours as soon as it gets sold so we can keep up with our stock ( you are welcome to sell your item on eBay using our pictures).

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. Please enclose your contact number on the enclosed invoice and send both the invoice and parcel to the address within the invoice. Faulty Items...If the item you received is faulty, please follow the above instructions and mention the problem with the returning item.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please send it back and we will reimburse the postage costs and send the right item (once we receive the original back). This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. *Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging/tags with any enclosed documentation.

Corset care guidelines:
Please make sure the back lace tie is loose before undoing the front steel busk or you will end up with broken hook/eye. Avoid tight lacing unless you are sure its a right size (do not apply any unnecessary force unless you are sure its a right tag size inside (which you originally ordered or we suggested) any more queries please contact us abcleathers@hotmail.com

RETURNS POLICY
By law, due to Health & Safety regulations there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments – thongs WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED (unless faulty), so please check measurements carefully before buying. Please don't be offended by this policy - It is the same applied by Marks & Spencer, NEXT, Ann Summers, etc. If unsure about sizing, please check the measurements on other sizes listed. Dress sizes advertised (S / M / L / XL) is only a guide as measurements can vary from style to style.

Refunds will NOT be given if you change your mind and decide you don't like an items (corsets and underwears) for whatever reason, as all items are listed with CLEAR PHOTOS, FULL DESCRIPTION and MEASUREMENTS.

FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 7 days of receipt) and we will exchange or refund it – This does NOT apply to items damaged by customers whilst trying on, ie: broken zips/hooks, tears, stains and marks.

We will allow our pictures to be used for re-sale on eBay only if we are asked beforehand. This only applies to items purchased from us. All our photos are copyrighted Anyone using our photos without our permission will be reported to eBay.
