We also know companies out there who are charging 10 times more prices than us ( its a rip-off ) and absolutely wrong.

Yet it doesn’t have to be this way. We can design a different system for ourselves that makes money while

not OVER charging the customers and respecting the rights of workers and the environment, and produces beautiful garments.

Delivery

We keep as much stock as possible, so we can supply your order quickly..Usually within 24 hours... However Some items are made to order, these are clearly indicated on the item pages with information on delivery times. All made to order items take 14-21 days.

  • United Kingdom delivery is £4 on most single orders or combined postage £6.50 for two items or absolutely free if you order any 3 items.
  • Worldwide delivery is £8.95 (GBP) per order (its more for some items due to weight).
  • We offer combined postage for multiple items.
  • Orders are always sent "signed for delivery".
  • We ship to your eBay addresses but if you would like to send to some other address then please email us before you place an order.
  • We reserve the right not to fulfil orders from certain countries outside Europe where we have experienced instances of fraud.

Payment

  • We accept Paypal, UK personal cheques / UK postal orders, online transfers, MasterCard, Access card, Visa, Delta, Solo, and Switch Cards.
  • Payment option via Paypal is available on all items but if do not have paypal you can always pay by any card, please contact us.
  • You can also pay cash by post on bank counter, online transfers by IBAN please call us for bank details.


Exchange/cancellations

Please order with care, and contact us in case of any query you may have regarding selecting a right size item. We appreciate some customers may buy the items for partners as a surprise gifts and may like to check how particular designers sizes run, please email us or call us regarding selecting a right size, Asking before you order can often save yourself and us time and money.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel an order please email or telephone us or send the item back enclosing your contact number and details.
Made to order items are non returnable or refundable...but we do offer alterations if needed, Under-wears and corsets are non refundable due to the nature of the items. UK exchnge fee is £4 and International £9
To comply with the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations all other items are refundable/exchangeable provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt (20 days for International orders.
Items must not have been worn and be in their original packaging. If exchanging, please let us know the new size or alternative item required so it can be sourced while the item is on its way back, thus limiting delays
