DELIVERY
Dazzling Digits pay for a collection of goods service, this is reflected in postage fees which also cover postage and packing.
Delivery may vary from item to item please check delivery times before buying
If your goods are received damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We have a responsibility along with the couriers and Royal Mail to ensure that goods are delivered and in good condition.
In the event of lost or damaged parcels we have a procedure to follow, please allow a reasonable amount of time to enable us to locate, claim or re-send the goods.
Please test the goods on receipt and notify us of any faullts within 7 days.
In the event of goods returned or cancelled orders we do not refund the buyers postage costs.
Large items are sent by courier we require a contact number for the courier, we notify you of estimated delivery date if you are unavailable please advise of delivery day required (standard monday to friday only) if you require saturday delivery a surcharge must be paid prior to shipping please contact us for prices before purchasing goods.
On delivery a signature is required.
We require the full payment / contact & delivery details within 3 days of purchase.
The courier attempts delivery twice only, each time he leaves a card with details of your local collection depot and details to contact the them so they can hold your goods until collection. If you do not contact the courier they will return the goods to me and charge my account.
