Recorded Delivery
Please note that all my items need a signature , if you are out when the item is delivered royal mail will leave a while you where out card . They will keep your item for 1 week after first delivery , it is not my responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pay the cost if the item is not picked up in the allocated time .If you are going away and need to delay delivery please contact me to arrange a deferred delivery time . Tracking numbers are available for all my deliveries,any questions please ask
Holiday
If i am away for any time my holiday settings will be on, it will state the last postage day and time before my holiday and it will also have my return date , when leaving feedback please take in to account when i returned and the delivery time schedule .I will do my best to fulfil any orders with cleared payment , but sometimes there may be a delay due to materials , you will be notified if there is a delay .
Limited Items
As some of my items are limited , i have to work on a first come first served basis , if the item has been purchased but i have not recieved payment and i cannot get any more stock of the design i will give the item to the person that i have recieved payment from at the time .I do allow 7 days for payment , but i do expect checkout to be cleared before i will allocate the item .i.e if i have 3 items left 2 have gone through checkout and paid but one has still not responded to my prompt for payment after the 7 days , then i will use my judgement as to who is allocated this last item , this is the only way i think is fair to all buyers .
