| A:If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our products or service we will give you an exchange as these are made to order and exempt from a refund . Just return the item to us in the original packaging with original invoice . For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item . |

| A:The only fixing you will need is a nail or 2 nails depending on size .The wall hangings are best hung flat to the wall for best effect , so no cord is required .Fixing instructions are included in all purchases . |
