If Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 / 2011 is installed on your computer and you would like to upgrade to Kaspersky Internet Security 2012, you should do the following:

1. download the product distributive of Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 from the Kaspersky Lab’s official site  http://www.kaspersky.com/productupdates
2. uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 / 2011 from the computer:
   • How to uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security 2010
   • How to uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security 2011
3. run the downloaded file
4. follow the instructions of the Setup Wizard
5. activate version 2012, if the activation information was not saved while removing version 2010 / 2011.

• detailed description of the problem
• screenshot of the error
• report created using the GetSystemInfo utility.
