1. When will my Order dispatch?

All Orders received by 1pm on the day of ordering will dispatch same day. All orders received after 1pm will dispatch the following working day

2. Will you confirm my Order?

All Orders will be confirmed by email, including item purchased, and address for delivery, and delivery method

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. This can vary depending on location, and delivery method selected. In the UK, we aim to reach customers within 2-3 working days, although this may not always be possible, depending on carriers and weather conditions. For overseas customers, times vary according to location, and may take up to 10 working days to arrive.

4. Will I need to sign for delivery?

Yes, all deliveries must be signed for on receipt

5. What happens if I am not there to sign?

You will be left a card by the carrier to contact them to either rearrange delivery, or to arrange collection

6. I have received the product, it will not work. Can you assist?

We may be able to assist, however, we may refer you to the manufacturer for support where appropriate in the first instance, or our technical team may be able to assist you. Please remember, however, that we are not the manufacturers, nor do we claim to offer technical support on any ongoing basis.

7. My goods arrived damaged, what can I do?

On signing for your goods, if there is any sign of damage, you must state at the time of signature, and refuse to accept the package. If the damage is not notified to us immediately, we can refuse to accept any liability, nor will we accept damaged goods returned.
