If the product arrives damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from D And K Fashion, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.
D And K Fashion will only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition.
We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings or cosmetics for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items.
Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. A refund will be made to your Paypal account or a cheque refund if payment was received by cheque.

Returns will take approximately 2 business days for your return to be processed after we receive your items.
Items must be in original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning.
