Terms and Conditions

1.           General

1.1           All items are pre-owned unless stated as new.

1.2           We prefer Paypal. 

1.3           Payment is to be received within 5 working days of the auction closing.

1.4           If you bid but don’t pay we will be forced to leave negative feedback.

2.               Multiple Purchases

2.1         We offer automatic multiple postage discounts for UK buyers only.  Buyers abroad must contact us after their successful purchases to request that we try and offer a reduced price for multiple purchases.

3.            Refunds Policy

3.1         If there is a problem with your order, please email us immediately and we will attempt to resolve the situation. We are very loyal to our customers and although every effort is made to advertise and process our  items accurately and efficiently, we do try and provide leniency for human error on both our own and our customer's behalf!!

3.2         If we feel that we are in fault during a sale then shipping costs will also be returned with the final sale price.

3.3         Generally speaking, all sales are final and non-refundable unless a mistake has been made within the item description

4.             Description of our goods.

4.1         Every attempt is made to describe our product as accurately as possible.  This enables the sale process to be a great deal easier for the buyer and a lot smoother all round.

4.2         As previously mentioned, unless stated otherwise, our goods are pre-owned.  We are therefore particularly keen to offer a true insight into the item's current shape in relation to quality etc.

4.3         Our general 'grading' can be summarised as below:

4.3.1        Excellent - The item appears brand new.  There are no clear signs of stains, marks, or tears.

4.3.2        Very good - The item is in very good condition.  The material is tidy; there are no  tears.  There may be very slight wear through previous use and/or washing but this will be mentioned in any posting. 

4.3.3        Good - Good condition means that there may be small stains that we feel are permanent.  Again, these will be noted in the advertising.  In those items described as good, there may be slight bobbling in the material through previous washing.

4.3.4        Fair - The item is preowned and in average condition.  Any tears, stains, extensive bobbling will also be mentioned in the advert.  We believe that these items are still good to wear for training or races; but would not recommend such items for general 'fashion' wear.

4.4           We do not believe that anything below the standard listed above is fit for our store.
