| A:Returns accepted but subject to 15% Re-Stocking charge and no refund on carriage.
Returned item must reach us in the same condition as was prior to despatch. Our full return policy is clearly stated on all our listing. |

| A:Unfortunately due to the size & weight of the boxes for cycle sales no combined shipping can be given. We can combine shipping on parts and accessories so please inquire for information. |

| A:We do our very best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery but in most cases we deliver within 2 working days. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Shipping and handling charges very from time to time and from items sold so please see the listing for up to date information on all charges that might apply. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We can arrange shipping within Europe for parts and accessories only. The cost can only be calculated on an individual basis for each item and particular destination. To give you a quote an address is required. Please contact us BEFORE bidding or buying, Thanks. |
| Q:I would like to view the bike before I pay. Is this possible? |

| A:Yes we can arrange for you to view and collect for a small admin fee of £15 per bike. For more than 2 bike please contact us for information. Please note that the bikes we have to view are not for sale and the bike you collect will be in its box as it came from the manufacturer, as per item description. |
| Q:Can I purchase accessories with a bike and have the carriage combined? |

| A:All accessories you purchase at the same time as you purchase a bike will be included with the bike and will not carry a shipping charge. The only exception will be bulky items that will not fit in the box with the bike. |
| Q:How come your bike are cheaper than others on eBay? |

| A:As we are new to selling bikes on eBay we have come up with some GREAT offers to start off. These extra special offers won't be around for long so grab a genuine bargain while you can! |
| Q:Are all the bike Brand New, not seconds or returns? |

| A:All the bikes on the listings are absolutely Brand New unless clearly stated otherwise. They are factory boxed and if opened its only for us to inspect the contents to cover our quality inspection policy. |

| A:Every customer that buys a bike from us can claim discounts for further purchases on selected parts and accessories. Just ask for information and quote your unique customer reference number given will every bike sale. |
