Payment

We accept payment by Paypal, debit/credit card, cheque or postal order.
If paying by cheque/postal order, please make payable to Customized Choppers and include your name, address and item number(s).
Alternatively if you live in the Edinburgh/Lothians area you're welcome to collect your goods. Just give us a call first to arrange a convenient time.
Prices include VAT at 20%

Combined Shipping

Additional items are charged shipping at 50% of the normal price. This calculation is done automatically at checkout.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in stock items the same/next day where possible. The majority of items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class/Airmail unless they are very heavy or oversize, when they will be sent by courier, usually Fed-Ex.
You will receive an email informing you when your parcel has been dispatched. Proof of posting is also obtained for all parcels. If your item has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us and we will chase up.
