Delivery Policy We hold conside
Terms & Conditions
Please read my terms of sale prior to bidding.This is
important and ensures you are happy with our terms.We want your shopping
experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on.
Bidding:
Please only bid on an item if you are intending to pay.This may sound obvious,
but unfortunately this does happen occasionally.We reserve the right to cancel a
bid in these extreme circumstances.
Payment:
Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this
will usually result in the item being re-listed and a ‘non-paying bidder alert’
being raised. We are reasonable, so please communicate with us whenever
necessary, before the 7 days after the auction ending has lapsed.
Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the
expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you
are happy with the quoted postage.
Our preferred delivery method is via courier, as items are signed for and can be
tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer.
A receipt is obtained for all items sent by recorder first class post, and can
be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost.
Feedback:
We do hope you leave feedback for us, but for those who prefer to stay
anonymous, we will only leave feedback for you once you have left it for us.
Lost Items: As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and
these can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. We will do all we
can to work with you to track a lost item with the Post Office, and will stay in
contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.
Faulty Items: All products
are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out
in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty, please
return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition. Upon
inspection, we will be happy to replace or refund you in full if the item is
found to be faulty.
In the unlikely event that when you receive your item and you are not happy with
it, you can return the item to us in its original unused condition at your own
cost and we will offer you a full refund minus 15% (restocking fee) of the
original purchase price. |
