Terms, Shipping & Returns Payment Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched. If payment is not received within 4 days then a Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened with ebay, which may result in a Non-Payment strike against your account. Dispatch

Items will be sent out same day if purchased before 2pm, subject to availability, with the exception of custom made items, direct fit systems and backboxes/silencers in which case we will endeavour to dispatch items within 72 hours of an order being received. Items being shipped overseas may be sent the following working day after purchase depending on country of delivery and courier bookings, with the above exceptions. Items purchased at weekends and bank holidays will be sent next working day, with the above exceptions.

No guarantee is given as to delivery dates and Exhaust UK is not liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage suffered by the buyer as result of any delay in delivery or failure to deliver. We recommend you receive your item before booking with local garages/tradesmen to have work carried out.

Returns

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We will issue credit to the original credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the purchase price, applicable taxes, & shipping cost for items shipped in error. Credit will be issued automatically upon receipt & inspection of the item(s). If only a portion of your original order is returned, credit for original shipping costs will be on a pro-rata basis.

If items are returned for reasons other than defect or error, then the customer will be responsible for all postage charges. Exhaust UK will not pay for return postage. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind" and "ordered incorrect product".

Returns for custom made items, including off-the-shelf items that have been adapted to customer's requirements, will not be accepted unless there has been an error on the part of Exhaust UK.

Some items are subject to handling charges, these are stipulated in the listings.

Shipping

Mainland UK, Islands & Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly

Items send with Royal Mail 1st Class : This is service usually takes 1-3 days. However, it is not a time-guaranteed service so in some cases it may take several days.  Please contact us if you do not receive your item within 5 working days.

Items sent with courier: In most cases delivery will be within 1-5 working days of purchase. For Highlands and Islands please allow upto 8 working days for delivery. However, at times due to no fault of our own, e.g., extreme weather conditions, failed collections by courier, delivery may take longer.

The following postcodes are considered as Highlands, Islands and Remote areas, and therefore are subject to higher postage charges:

Items weighing 1kg to 30kg (individual or combined weight) will be sent via courier: In most cases delivery will be within 3-6 working days of purchase. However, at times due to no fault of our own, e.g., extreme weather conditions, failed collections by courier, delivery may take longer.
