Notes for Buyers

Note:

Please read item descriptions carefully. If needing clarification of an item description or colours please do not hesitate to ask any questions before buying. All photos provided with the listings form only part of the description and do vary on different monitors. I am more than happy to send samples of some of the Curtain or Lace fabrics.

End of Stock items

Some Quilting fabrics and other items I am not able to re-order.

Please check in the category  " All end of stock "  to see which ones this may apply to or contact me.

Also some of the floral fabrics of the Austrian Valances I cannot get anymore.

  

Quilting fabrics

Usually Listed as Fat Quarters or Squares

Approximate sizes

1 FQ   = 50cm x 54cm   (19.5" x 21")

2 FQs = 50cm x 108cm (19.5" x 42")

3 FQs = 75cm x 108cm (29.5" x 42") or... see below no *1

4 FQS = 1mt x 108cm   (39.5" x 42")  [1 yard = 36" x 42"]

If multiple Fat Quarters are purchased, if possible, they are provided in one piece. If a special size or cut is required please let me know as I am happy to assist where I can. If an odd number is purchased for example 3 FQs the fabric can be supplied 2 ways

*1) as 1/2 a metre plus a FQ, usually attached.

2) as 3/4 metre

The fabrics are all first quality quilting patchwork 100% cotton. Many lend themselves to be used in a variety of ways not just Quilting and Patchwork... such as curtains, balloon & austrian blinds, children's art smocks & library bags, uniforms.. as shirts or skirts, Tote bags, Linen items like doona covers, cushion covers,  a plethora of  uses!!
