ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
What does “NEW” mean?
When an item is listed as "New" it means there is an intact manufacturer's seal, and the item is brand new and pristine. We do not open sealed products.
Some product boxes are unsealed, as supplied by the manufacturer at the point of sale, and are brand new, pristine, and listed as “New”.
What does “NEW OTHER” mean?
When an item is listed as "New Other" it means the product is brand new and sealed, though the product box has minor box damage.
What does “USED” mean?
When an item is listed as "Used" it means the manufacturer's seal is not intact.
“Used” items may be ex-display from a Currys PC World retail store, or an unwanted, opened product returned by a retail customer.
“Used” products may have minor box damage, or possess minor signs of cosmetic wear or handling, including light scratches, or other forms of cosmetic damage, which do not affect the performance of the product.
Please note: Our Outlet Customer Service team is unable to answer questions about the specific condition of individual “Used” products, as all of our products are securely warehoused.
What does “REFURBISHED” mean?
When an item is listed as "Refurbished", this means the unit has undergone a process of mechanical repair, reworking and/or parts replacement, to restore the unit to full working order.
Currys PC World Outlet is unable to confirm the precise nature of the refurbishment of each unit. However, the products have been professionally checked and tested.
Refurbished products are supplied in plain packaging, not the original manufacturer packaging and may not contain the manufacturers manual / user guide.
All Grade A and Grade B refurbished products come with a 6 month warranty.
No warranty is provided on Grade C refurbished products.
What are GRADE A Refurbished products?
-may possess minor signs of cosmetic wear or handling, including light scratches, or other forms of cosmetic damage, which do not affect the performance of the unit
-are fully operational and function as intended
-come with a 6 month warranty
What are GRADE B Refurbished products?
-are cosmetically challenged, with noticeable flaws and cosmetic wear, including scratches, chips or other forms of cosmetic damage, which do not affect the performance of the unit
-may have missing, or non-original parts (eg. screw covers, rubber feet)
-are fully operational and function as intended
-come with a 6 month warranty
What are GRADE C Refurbished products?
-are cosmetically very challenged, with broken or missing parts and heavy cosmetic wear/flaws
-may have missing, or non-original parts (eg. screw covers, rubber feet)
-no accessories included
-are non-operational, or only semi-functional
-best for spares/repairs
-no warranty provided
Does a WARRANTY cover my purchase?
We are unable to confirm what manufacturer warranty is contained within the product, nor whether the manufacturer will honour such guarantee.
Currys/PC World Outlet provides a warranty on faulty products as detailed below. All warranty periods are applicable from the date of payment.
Products sold as "New" - 12 month warranty
Products sold as Grade A and B "Refurbished" - 6 month warranty
Products sold as "Used" - 3 month warranty
Products sold as Grade C "Refurbished" - No warranty
We cannot provide additional or extensions to the above warranty periods.

PAYMENT
How do I pay?
We only accept payment via PayPal.
We currently do not accept payments by debit/credit card, bank transfer, cheque or postal order.
If you are unsure how to use PayPal or are having problems with your account, you may contact PayPal's Customer Support Line on 0870 730 7191.
When do I pay?
Both our “Buy It Now” and “Auction” listings require immediate payment.
Payment is charged to your PayPal account immediately.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
You will receive an email confirming your purchase and a confirmation email from PayPal when we have received your payment.
You will also receive an email confirming when your item has been despatched.
Will you accept offers on price?
It is company policy that prices are non-negotiable.
