Q: Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we offer combined shipping.
Once you purchase two items or more, we will send you a combined invoice. If you
already won multiple items but have not received a combined invoice, please let
us know by sending a message to
Q: Where are you based? Can I pick up items myself?
we do not have a 'bricks and mortar' shop - we're internet based and our
items are stored at a remote warehouse. However we do have a 100% refund policy
- you can return the item too us if you don't like it!
Q: I'm having problems purchasing cutlery!
has a policy in checking the ages of customers purchasing cutlery and will ask
for proof of age via a Credit Card verification check. Ebay will ask you to
enter your Credit Card details - this only has to happen once for your Ebay
Q: Do the items come in their original boxes?
only come in original boxes if mentioned within the listing.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
usually send items out by Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded post. It normally
arrives within a few days, however can take up to 15 days. For larger orders and
overseas we use couriers, this can take up to 10 working days.
Q: Can you change the customs value and mark as a gift?
All of our packages, international
or within the UK, will be marked as commercial items. We will also provide the
correct eBay total order value to customs. Sorry, we cannot make any exceptions
- this is eBay policy!
Q: Is this item AUTHENTIC?
Yes! All of our items
are 100% authentic.
We carefully inspect each item when purchasing to
make sure that we are acquiring genuine brand name items.
We them check each item after it is purchased before shipping!
Q: Can I ship to an alternative address?
Your address must be verified by PayPal. We're happy
to ship to a different address if PayPal has verified it.
Q: What payment methods do you take?
payments through PayPal, by cheques, and money transfer. Please note that you do
not need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card - please ask us if you
need a credit/debit card invoice.
Q: Where do I get a tracking number?
send you details of tracking numbers after the item is posted.
Q: Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Any custom fees due for payment
upon order delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot
say with certainty how much duties will you be paying upon order receipt. Please
consult your local Customs Office for duties, regulations and restrictions for
details on this issue.
All items in our shop are held by us at our warehouse in London. If
you would like to view the object in person, we can arrange views at our
Hungerford address by appointment.

We buy single pieces to entire collections. Since we have low overheads and an extensive client list, we can pay you top prices for your items.
We also help clients reposition their collections and do limited consignments on an individual basis. If you have anything that you are interested in selling please email us for more details.
Age & Condition
Please note that the object for sale are not new unless stated.
All pieces are originals, we never reproduce or replicate items.
We are committed to a very strict code of practice which assures clients the highest standard of professional conduct.
Photographs are true untouched and fair representations of the actual items. Descriptions are detailed and accurate as is any relevant condition information.
We use Royal Mail and Couriers. Most items are sent out by 1st Class Recorded
post, however items over 2kg are sent via courier.
Please note we charge postage at cost - we do
not charge for packaging!
Items may be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt for a full refund less shipping charges, on agreement with us.
Items have to be in exactly the same condition as they were when sent out. Refund will be made within 30 days after arrival of item back.
Each item will be sent out with an identifying sticker, once this is removed sales are considered final.

VAT & Export
Items are sold under the UK Margin or Global
Accounting VAT schemes where applicable. This means that no VAT/Sales Tax is
added to the price that you pay. We pay any VAT due on sales & shipping directly
to UK Revenue & Customs.
For items exported outside of the EU please note that any import tax levied by
your country is your responsibility to pay as the importer, not ours as the
Exported items that we state as 'Antique' (i.e. 100+ years old) will be declared
as such on customs forms. In particular for USA buyers this means that there
should be no import duty to pay on these items regardless of the item price.
