Any item (unworn) bought on a BIN sale will qualify to an exchange/refund within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you would like to make a return you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods otherwise we can't accept it !!!!!
All items won via Auction are non-returnable for refunds.
All goods must be returned in an unworn condition with tags.
Items that have tags removed,perfume or cosmetics etc will not be eligible for any sort of return or refund.We are also unable to accept any return on items that have been damaged as a result of you wearing them.
All our clothing is photographed in studio conditions where bright lighting is used and therefore may not match the colour of the item received exactly, especially when the item is viewed in natural daylight.It is therefore important that if you need any clarification regarding colours please ask before purchase as some colours may also differ slightly due to individual monitor settings.
When you receive your item please check it carefully, any faults must be reported within the same day of receipt. Faults reported after this time will not be accepted.
Please use recorded delivery for return,otherwise there is no quarantee of its arrival and we will not take responsibilitty for items which do not reach us.s.
You are responsible for the cost of P&P on returns - and please obtain "Proof of Posting".
Any return postage costs must be met by the customer.

Parcels should be re-packaged carefully to ensure no damage occurs in transit. Any damages occurred during transit are the responsibility of the sender, these items will be returned to the sender.
We make every effort to ensure that all items featured in our shop are available,but occasionaly some items could be mis listed.We resereve the right to cancel all orders for items unavailable or sold out and refund by PayPal or other methods.
A claim for loss cannot be accepted unless at least 15 working days have passed since the item was posted.
