We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for all items shipped within the UK.
We despatch within 2 business day of cleared payment(Monday-Friday).
All items are sent by first or second class recorded delivery which to be signed.
On occasion errors are made,although we make every effort to ensure our stock is correct, from
time to time items may be listed in error, if this is the case you will be informed on the day of
purchase and the issue resolved.
Orders are not shipped at weekends or holidays.
In the case of the item not being received due to buyer not signing for the parcel or collecting from the post office,no postage costs will be refunded and a recharge of delivery costs will apply for re-delivery.
Royal Mail allow up to 15 working days for items to arrive so cannot accept a claim for loss unless 15 working days (UK) or 20 working days (Europe) or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered.
