Shipping & Handling

  

 

Buyer Pays Shipping and handling fees.

Shipping takes place only on normal business days (Monday through Friday).

Items paid for Sunday through  Wednesday ship the next day when payment is received by 5pm eastern on those days. Items paid for by 10pm eastern on Thursday will ship Friday. 

For example: if payment is rec'd on Monday at 4:30 pm eastern it ships Tuesday. If it is rec'd at 11 pm Monday it may not ship until Wednesday. Ask if you are not sure or need your item by a specific date.

Items paid for after 10 am EASTERN on Thursday, Friday or on Saturday ship on Monday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Post Office holidays.

 

Sales tax  

We must collect 6% state sales tax from CT customers.

 

Customer service & return policy   Refunds on case by case basis. Restocking fees of 30% may apply. No refunds for buyers remorse.
