1.I accept paypal cheques and postal orders. I don't accept credit card payments or methods that disclose my bank details.
I endevour to post within 2 working days of payment clearing.
I post 2ND Class unless otherwise stated but will post 1st or Special upon request.
I usually post items recorded delivery except items under £2. If items are are over £41 or precious jewellery I send SPECIAL.
Multiple purchases will normally qualify for a post discount.
I use tape to prevent items being taken from parcels b4 delivery.
I use AIR MAIL to post items abroad but can use cheaper surface mail upon request.
I use international signed for if the item is expensive or precious jewellery or multiple items.
Once an item is dispatched, I am powerless over delivery time but will endevour to track the item if there is a tracking no.
The post office do not consider post lost for 15 days after delivery was due (21 days for overseas) and I won't replace/refund b4 this.
if an item is lost and there is a tracking no I can replace/refund.
If an item is recorded as delivered I do not replace/refund.
If there is no tracking no I have proof of postage but I will replace/refund accept overseas where it may be best buyer may have to contact thier mail service but I will endevour to help. |
