Deliveries

All our small items are sent by Royal Mail on a  First or Second Class service as is guided on the item description details.  Larger items are sent through ANC/FED EX on a Three Day service however a next day service is available on request but at a extra cost.

We aim to dispatch all items within 3 days of receiving your order but in most cases items are sent earlier.  Items will be sent to the address provided through ebay or on your paypal payment. For information regarding your order please call 01308 867800 or email us through ebay,

The ANC/FED EX or other mail prices stated on all our items are for Mainland UK only, so please if you live in the Highlands of Scotland, Ireland the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man contact us on 01308 867800 or email us before making you Purchase as we will charge extra for these destinations and can often mean a longer delivery / waiting time. 

All our ANC/FED EX items are consignment recorded so we can track the location of your items at any time once we have dispatched them . 

If your item does not arrive within 10 days of you order we ask that you contact us on 01308 867800 or email through ebay and we will track your item for you. 

Items will need to be signed for so please be sure to make arangements for someone to be at home in or at your work place to sign for,or if you have any partucular requirements please call 01308 867800 so arangements can be made before dispatch. This is for your protection against receiving damaged goods, please check your items on receipt and if you are at all unhappy do not sign or contact us imediatley and within 48hrs so we can discuss replacing parts damaged or in some cases your item.

Damages / Incompatibility / Refunds

If an item arrives with you damaged then we would ask that you contact us on 01308 867800 or email us through ebay within 48hrs of receiving your item and we will make arrangements for your damaged goods to be collected or discuss ways to fix the item. If we collect we will check the item and once we are happy that damage was caused through no fault of your own we will happily replace your items or parts damaged or if not possible arrange for a full refund including delivery costs. 

With many different types of Trailer and indeed caravans available compatability is very important. Often items are purchased in error that cant fitted. We will always do our best to include as much information as possible in our descriptions but sometimes the ask the seller function is neccessary. We will do our best answer all questions as quickly and accurately as possible. In respect to Refunds if it is found that a purchase has been made before assertaining whether the item will fit we will refund your item but not the delivery or return cost. If a question is asked and item still not compatable then we will refund your item plus delivery costs.
