Payments
We accept most credit/debit cards by phone - call us on 01246 455 314 anytime between 10am - 8pm seven days a week
UK customers can pay by Paypal, Cheque, Banker's Draft or Postal Order made payable to Celtic Rose Needlecraft Limited
Outside the UK we ONLY ACCEPT Paypal or call us on the number above.
Postage Combining
We always COMBINE p&p for multiple purchases (i.e pay one lot of postage for purchasing multiple items). HOWEVER, you MUST REQUEST A FINAL TOTAL upon completion of your purchases so we can do this for you.
Posting
We try to post all orders that have been paid for up to 3.30pm Monday through to Friday will be posted the same day. We always use Royal Mail and your chart will be inside a crystal clear wrapper and packaged either in a cardboard backed envelope or a bubble envelope for larger orders.
Please note that we always get a posting receipt from the Post Office. Although we don't feel we can be held responsible for items once they have been posted, if you have any difficulties receiving items please let us know straight away and we will always do our very best to help.
Likewise, if you are returning items to us, please obtain a posting receipt for your goods, as we cannot be held liable for the loss of items returned in this way.
