Payment
Methods
UK
Buyers - Paypal is
our preferred payment method and we don’t charge extra for the use of
it, but please note that if we receive a Paypal ECheque we will not
dispatch the items until it has cleared.
Postal
orders and Credit Cards (Via Paypal or over the Phone
on 01474 824632) are also accepted. We prefer un-crossed Postal orders
and please make postal orders payable to Crooked Imaging.
Overseas
Buyers - We only accept Paypal from
overseas buyers. Please also be aware that if you are outside the EU
then a customs declaration
is required which we only fill in honestly. This may mean that some
qualifying goods may require you to pay import or customs duties. You
as the buyer are responsible for these charges.
Postage
Times
We aim to dispatch all orders received
and paid for before 2pm (weekdays) same day where possible but this is
not guaranteed. Most smaller orders are sent 'First Class' (normally 1-2 day) for UK buyers and
'Airmail Small packet' to the rest of the world. For orders of higher
values we will send items 'Recorded', 'Special Delivery' or
'International Signed For'. Larger or heavier items will be sent by
'Courier' to the UK or 'Courier' to the rest of
the world.
Our P&P prices (where applicable)
include the cost of
all packing materials, parcel collection, postage costs and time. All
our items are sent well protected in new packaging.
Postage
Discounts and Free Postage
All UK items
offer a standard Free delivery service but if you do require a next day
service please request it or select the option on the listing (if
available). Next working day delivery is available on any order
received before 2pm and is charged at a flat rate of £6.99 for any
size
order (UK mainland only). Please note that this service is
not available for all destinations so please check before paying.
If you are buying
multiple items please contact us first before paying to make sure that
the combined postage costs have been calculated correctly. We offer
postage discounts for multiple items and it is calculated as follows:
The most expensive item postage cost PLUS
each addition items postage MINUS
50%.
If
you do not
request a total and pay for your multiple purchases individually we
will not be able to offer a postage discount as we get charged a fee
for each transaction.
