Creda is a trading name of Applied Energy Products Ltd.
Creda Showers are manufactured by Applied Energy Products Ltd, Morley Way, Woodston,
Peterborough PE2 9JJ.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory
rights. To order goods using this website you must be at least 18 years of age and
accept delivery within the UK. Applied Energy Products Limited will treat each order
for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Ordering
Any orders placed with Applied Energy Products Limited
through eBay are subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions herewith listed.
All orders placed will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that
electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance.
Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and us will take place
upon our despatch of your goods.
Shipping
Where possible all orders that are placed by 2pm, will be despatched the same day – Monday to Friday.
All orders processed after 2pm will be processed and despatched the following day – Monday to Friday.
All orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be processed and despatched on the following Monday (except for bank holidays).
Prices and Payment
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site
are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges. Any other additional charges shall be
clearly displayed separately within your shopping basket.
Applied Energy Products Limited will not process your order until you have paid
for it in full. Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail.
Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create
a legally binding contract. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order at any stage before the goods
are despatched to you by phoning us on 01733 456789. If the goods have already been
despatched you will be responsible for returning them to us in their original, re-saleable
condition before a refund is made (see our returns and refunds policy).
Returns and Refunds
Policy
If upon receipt you are not entirely satisfied with your
order please advise us within 7 days of delivery and return the goods to us within
a further 7 days. In accordance with the European Distance Selling Regulations you
will receive a full refund provided the goods and packaging are returned to us unused
and in their original, re-saleable condition. Your proof of purchase will also be
required.
You are responsible for the safe return of the goods and we would recommend that
you insure the package accordingly.
Similarly if your goods are found to be incorrect, faulty or damaged, Applied Energy
Products Limited will exchange them or issue a full refund to you provided you notify
us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order, using your
original payment details.
Applied Energy Products Limited is unable to offer a refund where you fail to advise
us within 7 days of delivery of any damage, fault, discrepancy or other reason why
you wish to return the goods.
Guarantees
All goods will be covered by the standard guarantee period
set by Applied Energy Products Ltd, which is stated clearly in the Installation
and Operating Manual.

Lines open: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 8.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 4.00pm. Calls
may be recorded and monitored for training purposes.
Check the guarantee page in your shower handbook for the correct period that applies
to your Creda shower.
* To take advantage of this offer you should register your shower within 30 days
of purchasing, for your free shower guarantee.
