Shipping and Handling

• For US orders, the Shipping and Handling fee is $5.98 for 1st item. For each additional item the S&H fee is $3.98. (The discount applies anytime you buy multiple items from us and pay for the items together - even if the items are different.)
• For Canadian orders,the Shipping and Handling fee is $6.98 for 1st item. For each additional item the S&H fee is $4.98.
• For orders shipping to the following countries,the Shipping and Handling fee is $7.98 for 1st item, and for each additional item the S&H fee is $5.98: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
• All US shipments are made via United States Postal Service either by First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, depending on the types and weight of products purchased. International mails are shipped via USPS Airmail or USPS Global Priority depending on the type and weight of the products purchased.
• The S&H fee includes the cost of material (boxes, packing material etc., roughly about $1.00), and a flat handling fee of (roughly $1.00). You don't pay for these separately - they are already included in your total S&H charges.
• All orders are shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) of payment received.
• The additional item discount applies only if the items are paid for together. Once you have finished all your purchases, go through the marketworks checkout procedure to pay for all the items together. An email with marketworks checkout link will be sent to your registered email after you win an auctin.
• For International orders the buyer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax. Please verify with your customs before purchase.
• Please make sure the address you input during MarketWorks checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

Payment Details

• We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money order, Cashiers check, Personal check (There will be a 10 day waiting period for the personal check to clear before the item can be shipped).
• After you have won the auction, an email with Marketworks checkout link will be sent to your eBay registered email address. All payments must go through "Marketworks Checkout". 
• You can select your payment method when you checkout the item through marketworks.
• If you are paying through Paypal using eCheck, note that your item can be shipped only after eCheck has cleared.
• All payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed.
• Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. 
• Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. No exceptions.
• In case you are paying by moneyorder or check, please complete your marketworks checkout, specifying the applicable mode of payment and mail your payments along with the invoice to:

Return Policy

• We fully guarantee our items. All items are in brand new condition unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the description.
• All sales are final - you may not return an item if it is working as intended. If the item is found to be defective or not working as described in the auction description, you may exchange it within SEVEN days of receiving the item.
• All returns - defective or otherwise - have to be preauthorized. Please contact us and get an authorization before sending the item back.
