WARRANTY


  • All defective item must be reported within 90 days after receiving the product. Seller are responsible for the shipping fees to return or exchange product.
  • Most of our products are direct from distributor and are intended for jobber purpose, so they may not come with instruction manual.
  • Professional mechanic are recommended for installation. This can avoid many problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Warranty will be void for improper installation.

    * Damaged item, Wrong item Issues
  • If you received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately so that we can help you to get the perfect item at once. We will help you step by step for the exchange process. It might be necessary for us to look at the item you received in order to process the return, so digital pictures might be required for all cases.
  • If customer found that the item is an incorrect item or some parts are missing, please contact us immediately. Please keep the box and the label because we might need some reference num or box size to determine if the item is incorrect or not. We might also require some digital picture to see if the item is incorrect or not. We will be responsible for return shipping and reshipping fee if we make the mistake.

Step1 If the product received, but the items is broken or damaged?
1 Please contact with the delivery company immediately and ask for compensation to obtain the delivery company to provide a claim and a receipt
2 Please take photos of the application receipt of damage claims.
3 Please take photos of the outer box for us.
4 Please take photos of shipping proof on the package for us.
5 Please take photos of the part of damage and the product.
6 Please take photos of the warranty-sticker of the item. (Two photos: one is clear for the warranty-sticker; the other is the warranty-sticker with the full item).

Attention! Buyers have installed or used the product, then contact us that item is damaged, we will NOT accept. Reasonable judgments that is a man-made damage.

1 Please take photos of the outer box for us.
2 Please take photos of shipping proof on the package for us.
3 Please take photos of the front of the item.
4 Please take photos of the back of the item.
5 Please take photos of the warranty-sticker of the item. (Two photos: one is clear for the warranty-sticker, the other is the warranty-sticker with the full item).

All product confirmed and tested before shipping, the packaging process are recording, and be sure to provide the above information, our customer service staff will review, thank you so much!
Step3 If the product will NOT fit on your car?
1 Please take photos of the warranty-sticker of the item. (Two photos: one is clear for the warranty-sticker; the other is the warranty-sticker with the full item).
2 Photos show our item and your original one to compare our product, we will check where not same.
3 Please take photos of your car and tell us name and year, Example 2004 BMW 330ci Facelifted car
