TERMS & CONDITIONS.
PRODUCT SUITABILITY - ALL our products are suitable for children aged 3 years and over only.
Due to small parts, NO products are suitable for children under 3 years old.
As all children have different abilities, a recommended age for each product is not given.
SAFETY - Please ensure that appropriate warnings and adequate supervision are given when using our items.
PAYMENT - We accept payment by Paypal (preferred), cheque or postal order from buyers within the UK. All prices are inclusive of VAT. If paying by cheque, please make payment out to Mrs J Foad and write the eBay item number(s) on the reverse. Please note, items are only posted upon clearance of cheques.
DELIVERY COSTS - When purchasing more than one item in a single transaction, you can benefit from combined P&P charges. These are calculated as the largest single P&P plus 60p per additional item's P&P will be automatically deducted at checkout. Alternatively, you can request a combined invoice from us via eBay.
DISPATCH - All items are sent by Royal Mail and a certificate of posting is always obtained. Items are wrapped in padded envelopes/bubble wrap or packing boxes (depending on the size of the order). Items are normally dispatched within 2 working days of payment clearing (excluding weekends and bank holidays). After marking your order as sent, you will receive an "item dispatched" email.
RETURNS - UNWANTED GOODS- We want you to be completely satisified with your purchase. Any unwanted items may be returned within 14 days (in original packaging) for a full refund (less P&P).
FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS- Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the return of faulty goods (at our expense). You will receive a full refund.
